Jessica is the mastermind behind the successful BOOK CAMPAIGN in Carroll County. She and her fellow M4L members were responsible for their Board of Education voting unanimously in favor of a policy stating that instructional and supplemental materials shall not contain SEXUALLY EXPLICIT content.
