WE THE KIDS, A Constitution Celebration!
Join us for WE THE KIDS, an engaging and patriotic event celebrating the U.S. Constitution for children in preschool through 5th grade. The program will feature a variety of fun and educational activities designed to bring America's founding ideals to life in an accessible way.
Event highlights include:
- A reading of We the Kids: A lively reading of David Catrow's illustrated book, which creatively explains the Preamble to the Constitution through a children's camping adventure.
- Patriotic puppet show: Kids will enjoy a special puppet show that uses furry characters and a fun narrative to teach about the purpose of the Constitution.
- Creative arts and crafts: Children can express their patriotism by decorating their own Constitution-themed craft..
- Fun giveaways & Yummy Treats: Participants can take home free, engaging educational materials and treats to help them continue learning about the Constitution.
WE THE KIDS is a fun and interactive way for young citizens to explore the importance of the Constitution and develop a deeper understanding of American history.
