Happy Mother's Day to all you Joyful Warrior, Mama Bears! I hope you have had a wonderful day celebrating with your families. Take a moment to enjoy THE MOM SONG.
Our next chapter meeting is this Wednesday; I’m looking forward to seeing you there.
As we reach the end of the school year, students will begin bringing home workbooks and assignments. Please save any ELA, Math, History or Science workbooks issued by WCPSS (any grade level) as we would like to review current ones. Bring them to our chapter meeting or reach out to me.

Chapter Meeting Wednesday
Have you registered?
Join us Wednesday, May 14th for the May chapter meeting. Arrive at 6pm to order dinner and the meeting will begin at 6:30. This will be a round-table discussion type of meeting covering current legislative issues, organizing the September US Constitution delivery and upcoming event plans.

Save the date for the next WCPSS board meeting, Tuesday, May 20. The Work Session Agenda and Board MEETING AGENDA will be posted the Friday before the meeting.

NC Legislative Information
Now that “crossover day” has passed, we will be watching the bills that made this milestone. (such as the Parents Medical Bill of Rights). There will be more details at the chapter meeting this week regarding these bills and any needed calls to action.

Chapter Membership
Moms for Liberty is committed to safeguarding America by uniting, educating and empowering parents to defend their parental rights at all levels of government. We are a grassroots nonprofit organization of Moms, Dads, Aunts, Uncles, Grandparents and Community Members.
We have made an impact, but we need your help. Volunteer and join today! There are two types of membership.
- Voting Chapter Membership
- Membership runs for the calendar year (2025)
- Dues are $30
- By joining at this level, you can help fund our local outreach events during the year.
- Voting members may vote on chapter issues such as endorsements, important issues, and serve on the executive board
- Associate Chapter Membership
- Membership is perpetual
- Dues are $0
- Participate in local outreach events, provide feedback on issues, stay in the know on current issues
