Joyful Warriors!
There are individuals and groups that seek to silence parents who speak up. Our kids deserve a quality academic education. Only parents have the right to direct the care and upbringing of their children. Not the school system. Not the government.
Please come to this week’s school board meeting. Support those who will be speaking by wearing your Mom’s for Liberty gear. Or, sign up to speak.
Together we will make a difference for our children.
In Liberty,
Becky
“Every child in America should be acquainted with his own country. He should read books that furnish him with ideas that will be useful to him in life and practice. As soon as he opens his lips, he should rehearse the history of his own country.” Noah Webster

Downtown Cary Group Seeks to "Stop Moms for Liberty"
Groups and individuals that support this anonymous post in the Downtown Cary FB group seek to eliminate the FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHT of FREE SPEECH of anyone who dare disagree with them.
Moms for Liberty, Wake is a 501 c(4) that EMPOWERS PARENTS to defend their parental rights at ALL LEVELS of government. We proudly advocate for our kids to ensure they are actually getting an ACADEMIC EDUCATION.
This Facebook poster stated that speaking at school board meetings “wastes time and money”. Every CITIZEN has a CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT to speak up.
The education (or lack of it) of our youth affects us all.
- Is it a WASTE to talk about how 6 out of 10 #WCPSS students cannot read at grade level?
- Is it a WASTE to address #WCPSS CHOICE to spend thousands $$$ on “implicit bias training” (just one ex of many)?
- Is it a WASTE to talk about the salaries of the Office of Equity Affairs totaling $1.3 Million, AND has done nothing to improve the educational outcomes of minority groups?
We encourage ALL Wake County CITIZENS to attend and speak at the WCPSS school board meeting. The next one is Tuesday, May 20th at 5:30pm. Register to speak on the day of the meeting.
