Gov. Ron DeSantis Reappoints ‘Moms For Liberty’ Co-Founder To Florida Commission On Ethics
Governor Ron DeSantis has announced the reappointment of Tina Descovich, co-founder of the conservative advocacy group Moms for Liberty, to the Florida Commission on Ethics. Descovich, a prominent figure in Florida’s education and political landscape, previously served on the Brevard County School Board from 2016 to 2020 and was president of the Florida Coalition of School Board Members.
A graduate of Valdosta State University with a degree in public relations, Descovich has been a vocal advocate for parental rights in education, a cornerstone of Governor DeSantis’ policy agenda.
As co-founder of Moms for Liberty, Descovich has played a key role in mobilizing parents to influence school board elections and policies across the country.
