On August 1st, we will be co-hosting a wonderful event that celebrates TEACHERS (and school support staff) and lifts their spirit!  EDify will provide FREE breakfast, prayer and worship, guest speakers, prizes and FREE classroom supplies.  Please help us get the word out and share this event with teachers.  You can follow EdifyEducatorConference on Facebook, Instagram and on X.  Like, follow and share the posts.

Have you thought or prayed about running for your local School Board?  The filing window to run for Leander ISD (4 seats) and Round Rock ISD (4 seats) is currently OPEN, and the last day to file to run is August 17th.  You still have time to explore the possibility of running for this critically important role in your community.  

Moms for Liberty's National Political Director, Erika Sheets, will be conducting a Winning Workshop for our chapter on August 4th in Leander, TX.  This is for Parental Rights advocates who are running, or thinking about running, for school board.  It is also for campaign managers and treasurers, volunteers and activists who want to support like-minded candidates.  Candidates for other offices may attend and will learn a lot, but the event is targeted toward school board races.

Bring your laptop.  This is a 4-hour, hands-on intensive dive into how to run against the machine and win. Please share this event with anyone you know who wants to make a difference in the education of children in LISD and RRISD.

We are so ready to see our members and gear up for the school year.  We are kicking off August with our friend and Guest Speaker, Mandy Drogin, a Super Mom and a member of Moms for Liberty!  She has traveled the state of Texas with Governor Abbott to educate families on PARENT EMPOWERMENT and she has been a valuable resource for advocacy at the State Board of Education on the new history Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) recently approved. 

Don't miss this meeting. We will also share how to OPT YOUR CHILD OUT of mental health surveys and curriculum that doesn't align with your values.
