Moms for Liberty is seeking a team member to serve in the position of Executive Assistant.

In this role, the Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and other senior staff. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing a variety of tasks that facilitate the Executive Director’s ability to effectively lead the organization.

The Chapter Onboarding Specialist will play a critical role in furthering the mission of Moms for Liberty by supporting Chapter Chairs as it relates to starting and establishing a chapter. 

The Chapter Onboarding Specialist will coordinate, support and mentor new chapter chairs at the beginning of their “Ready 2 Launch” application. Requiring compliance to all 501c4 good standing status and by attending New Chapter orientation.

The Chapter Support Specialist will play a critical role in furthering the mission of Moms for Liberty by supporting chapter needs.  The Chapter Support Specialist will answer questions, encourage and council Chapter Chairs.  They will help with training, organizational tasks; return calls and emails; update spreadsheets and keep lists.
