Chapter Onboarding Specialist

    The Chapter Onboarding Specialist will play a critical role in furthering the mission of Moms for Liberty by supporting Chapter Chairs as it relates to starting and establishing a chapter. 

    The Chapter Onboarding Specialist will coordinate, support and mentor new chapter chairs at the beginning of their “Ready 2 Launch” application. Requiring compliance to all 501c4 good standing status and by attending New Chapter orientation.


    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Report to Chapter Director
    • Active member of local chapter
    • Supporting and mentoring new chapter Chairs
    • Track attendance to orientations
    • Knowledge of new chapter and board organization
    • Compliance processes on chapter chair portal
    • Web knowledge of chapter resources to educate new chair
    • Empower and direct chapter to set up their banking, documentation and filings
    • Identify existing chapters and possible compliance issues. Guide them to good standing status
    • Coordinate with support team to ensure process is complete
    • Address questions and issues with chapters
    • Provide support to Chapter Director with chapter operations
    • Guide and remain focused on mission of Moms for Liberty

     

     

    Flexibility a must:  Strategic thinking is vital to continue progress in achieving our mission. As New strategies are implemented, the candidate will coordinate and will possible direct these strategies as directed by the National Chapter Director.

    Ability to learn new software
