Moms for Liberty is seeking a team member to serve in the position of Executive Assistant.
In this role, the Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and other senior staff. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing a variety of tasks that facilitate the Executive Director’s ability to effectively lead the organization.
The ideal candidate will be motivated, professional, detail oriented and organized. Will receive and give direction, feedback and set appropriate timelines based on the priority and assignment. We are looking for someone who believes in the mission of Moms for Liberty.

Responsibilities of this Role
- Manage and maintain the Executive Directors calendar, including coordinate with internal staff, clients, associates and vendors to schedule meetings and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the Executive Director.
- Organize and file proprietary information exchanged and/or required for contractual agreements with discretion.
- Organize, schedule and facilitate national M4L staff meetings and agenda.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, contact database and other records.
- Ensure consistent, high-level service with special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Monitor Moms for Liberty voicemails and respond with customer focused messages.
- Monitor general Moms for Liberty emails and respond with customer focused messages.
- Comply with legal, insurance, health, and safety regulations at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in an executive support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in building and maintaining positive relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking, time management, and attention to detail.
- Excellent proofreading skills,
- Ability to handle pressure and make good decisions quickly.
