CHAPTER ONBOARDING SPECIALIST
The Chapter Onboarding Specialist will play a critical role in furthering the mission of Moms for Liberty by supporting Chapter Chairs as it relates to starting and establishing a chapter. The Chapter Onboarding Specialist will work with new chapter chairs beginning with their “Ready 2 Launch” application, track attendance to orientation, answer questions, encourage and council Chapter Chairs in the area establishing and maintaining their 501c4 status. This person will also council chairs in how to set up their banking and provide documentation they may need from the national organization. They will encourage and follow up with chapters to aid them in submitting timely documentation to the national organization. The Onboarding Specialist will identify chapters out of compliance and counsel them into compliance in such a way as to encourage and edify the Chapter Chair in this process. They will help with administrative tasks; return calls and emails; update spreadsheets and keep documentation and lists. They will work hand in hand with the National Chapter Director to support Chapter operations so they can focus on accomplishing the mission of Moms for Liberty. This position is full-time and could also be facilitator for state trainings which would require occasional travel.

Flexibility a must: creative strategies are often used to continue dynamic progress in the furtherance of our mission. This means that new strategies will be employed often. A strong candidate for this position should be able to assist the coordinator in new endeavors as they arise.
