In case you are unaware, Biden's Title IX changes, which took effect on August 1st 2024, would mean...

  • Parents will be forced to lie to their children about fact-based science in regard to sex
  • Gender ideology and identity will be taught in schools without parental consent or knowledge and parents who refuse to reaffirm a child's desire to "change genders" can be deemed a threat
  • Male students who identify as female must be allowed to access facilities designated for females, like bathrooms or locker rooms, and to participate in women's sports and organizations

But you have an opportunity to exempt your child's school from these dangerous changes just by becoming a member of Moms for Liberty.

We believe all parents must have their voices heard and their right to raise their own children is part of the very fabric of a free America. The federal government has no right to claim our children as their own or to push parents out of the classroom.

You can take a real step TODAY and join Moms for Liberty in telling the Biden Administration that we DON'T co-parent with the government. Become a member to ensure your child's school is included in this injunction!

UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE

We  hope you see by now that we are an organization of action and results, especially when it comes to protecting our children. That is why we boldly joined this lawsuit and why we feverishly want as many schools across the nation included as possible.

Our organization is encouraged by this ruling and believes it will be the first of MANY wins we secure in the fight to stop Biden's dangerous and unconstitutional Title IX changes.

Celebrate this current victory with us, but more importantly, join us in our future fights!

 More on the lawsuit:

The order prohibits the Biden Department of Education from enforcing the new rule against the states of Kansas, Alaska, Utah, and Wyoming, as well as every school attended by the members of Young America's Foundation and the children of Moms for Liberty members.

This is a huge victory for freedom of speech.

The members of Moms for Liberty and Young America's Foundation are parents and students in K-12 schools and colleges who fear sharing their true views-including the view that gender is not fluid, that there are only two genders based on biological sex, and that private spaces on campuses should be kept sex-segregated-in light of the Biden Administration's unconstitutional changes to the definition of "sex" under Title IX. Under the Department of Education's new rule, "sex" no longer means male or female but includes gender identity and sex stereotypes, so anyone who speaks out against gender identity, fails to recognize a classmate's "preferred pronouns," or speaks up for their physical safety and right not to have to undress in front of the opposite biological sex can be punished for harassment. The court agreed, ruling that the new rule is so vague that students will be forced to self-censor rather than risk punishment.

While we aren't sure what comes next, this ruling is the most impactful and largest reaching injunction thus far.
