Moms for Liberty - Oconee County Chapter is dedicated to the survival of America by unifying, educating and empowering parents to defend their parental rights at all levels of government.
Please invite parents, grandparents, and community members that value parental rights.
We are stronger together!
Oconee County Schools is in Northeast Georgia, about an hour east of Atlanta, just below Athens, where the University of Georgia is located.
We have approximately 8,500 students in our 12 school district: 1 Primary, 6 Elementary, 3 Middle, and 2 High Schools.
Moms for Liberty - Oconee County, GA welcomes all that have a desire to stand up for parental rights at all levels of government. Although we are focused on Oconee County, specifically, we would be happy to mentor another county in Georgia to help them get started.
Our Executive Board consists of Julie Mauck, Chapter Chair; Heather Wallace, Chapter Vice Chair; Ginger Redwine, Chapter Secretary; and Jenny Major, Chapter Chaplain. We all either have now or have had children in the Oconee County Schools system, and we feel that it's important to keep a watchful eye out and be in communication with our state legislators and Board of Education to keep our rights as parents in the forefront. These are, indeed, "times that try mom's souls."
