In general, Moms for Liberty believes parental rights don’t stop at the classroom door
Mission: To empower parents to defend their parental rights at all levels of government and to support the education of our children in Warrick County public schools, by unifying and educating the community, especially parents.
We believe that the parents have the ultimate authority over their children.
We believe that schools and teachers should focus on the main educational disciplines of reading, writing, math, science and history that are accurate and without bias.
We believe that schools and teachers should be as close to politically neutral as possible.
We believe parents should be given the opportunity to choose for their children to join classes and subjects that may be controversial as long as the class or subject isn't required curriculum. (Opt in vs. Opt out. No parent response = Opt out, not automatic Opt in.)
