Description
The October 5, 2023, board meeting will be in-person, at the EAC, 1110 Chapel Hills Drive. Those who cannot attend can watch the livestream at 5 p.m., and a recording of the meeting will be available by the end of the day on Monday, October 9, 2023.
In-person attendance is limited to boardroom capacity of 70 audience members per the Colorado Springs Fire Marshall. The Atrium space will no longer be used for overflow seating.
We invite public comment at our meetings. Public comment is not contingent on having a seat in the board room. You must however, sign-up to speak between 7 a.m. and 1 p.m. the day of the board meeting and be present and available to speak in person at the podium when called upon.

If you do not wish to make a public comment, written comments may be submitted to Tina Mattsson-Bonett, board secretary, who will ensure that board members and Jinger Haberer, superintendent, receive a copy of all comments. Comments submitted in writing will not be read publicly at the board meeting, but they will continue to be acknowledged in writing by the board president or the board secretary.
