Projects & Special …

Join us for an educational series of discussions at the Capitol, learning from lawmakers about the proposed legislation for 2024. This is our opportunity to talk face-to-face with legislators and ask important questions, while simultaneously voicing our feedback as voters. These are important issues affecting our children and families throughout Tennessee. Engage with meaningful conversations about the bills that impact us the most.

Training

Ann Streit, King County Moms for Liberty Chapter Chair, has 30 years of experience in King County Public Schools. As a trained reviewer for curriculum, we asked her for her expert advice.

What should a parent look for in evaluating a curriculum for my child either at public school, private school, or in choosing a home school curriculum?

If I join a curriculum review committee in my school district, what would be expected of me and what skills would I need?

What are considered "best practices" in curriculum review? Are there standards for evaluation?

These and other questions will be answered during our online webinare with Ann and we hope you'll be able to join us!
