Chapter Members are invited to join in the FUN of PARTICIPATING in the Independence Parade in Round Rock, TX!
Wear your M4L gear, wave a flag, hand out candy, and show your Joyful Warrior Spirit.
Details will be emailed or texted to those who RSVP.
CALL TIME: 7:45am (staging area, look for the green Statue of Liberty float on top of our truck)
Head's up! In order to be in the parade, you need to park at First United Methodist Church (FUMC) EARLY to ride the shuttle bus to the parade entry "staging area" by 7:45am. This is the tried and true way because the parade ends by the FUMC parking lot. You will be able to get in your car and drive home without having to walk to your car if parked elsewhere. There are hundreds (thousands?) of people who ride the shuttle, so arrive between 6:00-7:00am, unless you have a secret plan that works better. (Please share!)
Parade starts at 8:30am and ends at approximately 10:30am.
