Brittany brings more than 8 years of campaign experience, having worked on local, statewide, and federal campaigns, as well as provided general consulting services to campaigns and ballot initiatives across the nation. Her diverse background spans both public and private sectors, including time in the U.S. House of Representatives. She excels in crafting compelling messaging, orchestrating voter outreach, and coordinating grassroots efforts to drive voter turnout. Brittany has held multiple roles, including as the National Coalitions Director for a Presidential campaign and the consultant for the second most expensive and top targeted congressional campaign in the 2022 cycle. Currently, Brittany is a Senior Manager at CVIC.

Erika Sheets is the national team Political Director for Moms for Liberty and is responsible for leading 300+ chapters in identifying, vetting, and endorsing candidates for their local school boards and to support them in their efforts to help their candidates win!  She feels that when parents win, their children win! 

Erika co-founded the Johnson County, KS chapter in August 2021 and served as Vice Chair until moving to Chapter Chair in November 2024.

Erika brings to the table 30+ years of professional experience and skillsdeveloped in settings from regulated Corporate America to the Start-Up world, including launching , scaling, and selling her own business.  Her expertise is in securing and retaining clients, revenue & performance results of all kinds.

Married to her husband Matt, they have two rising young adult children, two adorable dogs and two fluffy guinea pigs.
