Rep. Barb Gleim has spent most of her adult life living, working and serving in the community of Carlisle. Prior to her election to the House of Representatives in 2018, she served as the director of operations and then director of business development at John W. Gleim Jr. Inc. Excavating.

Barb’s private sector work experience also included serving as project manager for Ahold Delhaize (the parent company of Giant Foods) and Daymon Worldwide, where she led several marketing and sales initiatives.

Not only has she helped private businesses thrive with her marketing and messaging skills, but she also has been and remains a small business owner and entrepreneur as the co-owner and operator of Hayman Farms, the family farm that she and her husband continue to work growing hay and raising Hereford beef.

Barb has been an extremely active leader in her community with a focus on education and workforce. She served for eight years on the Cumberland Valley School Board. Now as a member of the House of Representatives, she currently serves on the following: House Aging and Older Adult Services Committee, House Commerce Committee, House Education Committee (chair of Basic Education Subcommittee), and House Labor and Industry Committee (secretary).



Barb has a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Maryland and a Master of Business Administration in food and agribusiness from Delaware Valley University. She resides in Middlesex Township with her husband, Tracy, and has three children.

State Rep. Joe D’Orsie is in his second term of service to constituents in the 47th


Legislative District in York County, which includes Conewago, Manchester, East


Manchester and Hellam townships; the boroughs of Hallam, Manchester, Mount Wolf


and Wrightsville; and the northern tier of Springettsbury Township.


He serves on the following House Committees: Commerce; Communications and


Technology; Education, where he is the Republican chairman for the Subcommittee on


Special Education; and Labor and Industry.


Joe grew up in Dallastown and after graduating he went on to study at Duquesne


University in Pittsburgh. While at Duquesne, Joe competed at the Division 1 level in


both football and wrestling for the Dukes and won conference championships in both


sports. He also co-hosted a weekly sports talk radio show on WDSR and did TV color


commentary for local high school football games. He graduated in 2008 with a degree in


Public Relations.


After graduating, he served for a stint as a missionary in the Dominican Republic with


YWAM and then soon after began a decade-long career in the field of communications.


He lives in Mount Wolf with his wife of 11 years and two kids. Joe’s father served our


country in the United States Marine Corps as an officer, rising to the rank of Major in his


tenure with the 2nd Marine Air Wing (active) and reserves. Joe’s mother was a long-


time educator in the Dallastown Area School District.


Joe loves history, specifically about our nation’s founding and the Civil War era. He’s an


avid reader and, when he’s not reading the Bible, is likely working on an American


history book.


Joe also loves to write, and when he’s not active in the district or fighting for the


interests of his constituents in Harrisburg, you’re likely to see his articles published


locally and nationally. Last term, Joe’s works appeared in publications such as The


National Review, Washington Examiner, The Daily Caller, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, and


Real Clear Politics, among others. He’s also been invited onto national and regional


news programs, like Fox & Friends, The Dom Giordano Program, and CBS 21’s “Face


the State.”


He enjoys the outdoors and is happy hiking, exploring, and hunting in the beautiful


Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Jamie was born in Luzerne County and spent his early years as a student in the Lake-Lehman School District prior to moving to Wilkes-Barre, where he attended Kistler Elementary and Meyers Junior/Senior High School. When he was 13 years old, Jamie visited his father in Anchorage, Alaska, and decided to stay there. He graduated from Bartlett High School in 1993 and went on to attend Whitworth College in Spokane, Washington.

Before being elected to the House, Jamie worked in the sales department of American Remodeling and quickly became the company’s top salesman at the age of 19. After spending several years in the home improvement sector, Jamie opted for a new challenge in the medical device industry. During his 12 years with the Comfort Company, Jamie was instrumental in building its bottom line from $3 million in sales to over $30 million, while rising to the position of vice president of sales. Most recently, Jamie was a small business owner in Luzerne County and had a reputation for outstanding customer service and quality of work.

Jamie is also involved in his community. He served as president of the Lake-Lehman Junior Knights and secretary of the Wyoming Valley Junior Football Conference. In 2021, Jamie co-founded and then became president of the Citizens Advisory of Pennsylvania, which is a statewide parent’s rights organization. The organization monitors, advises and collaborates with school boards concerning policy, curriculum and fiscal decisions. Jamie traveled to more than two dozen school districts across the Commonwealth to help parents fight for their rights, but his focus was primarily within Luzerne County.

Jamie lives in Sweet Valley with his wife, Nancy, and is the proud father of two children, Logan and Ava.”

Marc Anderson was elected in November 2024 to serve the people of the 92nd Pennsylvania House District in York County, which consists of Carroll, Dover (District 2), Fairview, Franklin, Monaghan, Newberry, Warrington and Washington townships; and the boroughs of Dillsburg, Franklintown, Goldsboro, Lewisberry, Wellsville and York Haven.

He has been assigned to serve on the following House committees: Education, Game and Fisheries, Human Services, and Labor and Industry.

Education is a passion of Marc’s, having served as an administrator and teacher for more than 27 years, 20 of which were with Northern High School in York County. His students were some of his most ardent supporters to run for elected office.

Aside from education, Marc’s priorities include protecting personal rights and liberties, improving the economy, increasing government transparency and accountability, and ensuring election integrity.

Marc is a U.S. Air Force veteran who enrolled in the Troops to Teachers program. He graduated from Mechanicsburg High School and York College.

Marc and his wife, Cindy, live in Carroll Township, where they raised their two children.
