Event Grant Request

 

Please complete the following form to be considered for an Event Grant. Grants are issued to those Chapters who demonstrate that the event will either grow their chapter or have the potential to create new chapters. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • A photo of your Newletter Sign-up Sheet following the event sent to [email protected] AND
  • A completion of the After Event Report. (You will recieve a link to this report 5-7 days following your event)
  • Please send all pictures of your event to [email protected]

Please provide as much detail as possible when explaining your event, so that we fully understand the purpose.  You can apply for grants up to three times a year.  

*NOTE, ALL requests MUST be sent, no later than 14 days prior to the Event Date for consideration.  If you have any questions, please reach out to [email protected]
