Moms for Liberty Harris County May *Virtual* Chapter Meeting
12 NOON-1:30pm
This is a VIRTUAL event for our VOTING MEMBERS ONLY!
Join us on May 19 at 12 NOON for our next Moms for Liberty Harris County Chapter Meeting featuring guest speaker David Hamilton! David is a Member of the Board of Trustees for FT. Bend ISD, and he will be disussing school financial matters with us. As Ronald Reagan famously said, "we don't have a trillion-dollar debt because we haven't taxed enough; we have a trillion dollar debt because we spend too much". The same is true for public education taxing and spending. Join us for a discussion about the basics of PubEd funding, and why it matters to everything in your school district including pay, literacy rates, and bonds.

In addition, we are so thrilled to announce WINS for the following Moms for Liberty Harris County Endorsed School Board Candidates: Jennifer Hyland, Walker Agnew, and Caroline Bennett! Congratulations to all three of these Spring Branch ISD Board of Trustees!
Finally, our virtual meeting in May will be our last event for the Spring Semester. We will reconvene in August, and we are so excited about what we are planning for the Fall in Harris County. We will send out more information regarding our Fall plans over the Summer months.
