Happy New Year! Welcome to 2024. We have an amazing opportunity to make a real difference in America at this special time in our country’s history. The statement that our Co-founders (Tina Descovich and Tiffany Justice) established in 2021 still perfectly describes our mission today: "Moms for Liberty is dedicated to fighting for the survival of America by unifying, educating and empowering parents to defend their parental rights at all levels of government.
On the first week of 2024, I want to challenge each of you to make a resolution to remain laser focused on our mission. There will be many distractions this year. Some of them will be natural distractions that come with running an organization. Some distractions will be devised by the enemy to push you off course and become ineffective. Tina recently said: Parental rights are under attack, most parents are still unaware and do not know what to do when they see it happening. Education in America is failing our children. Schools are being used as a tool to transform American history and values into something we do not recognize. My hope is that this year as we each make decisions, whether it be planning an event, program, meeting or creating a document, the question should be asked, “Will this help us reach our goals and fulfill our mission?” With each decision ask yourself if the action helps unify, educate or empower our people.
Thank you for being the HERO that walks into a storm. You have chosen to serve your community and this country. Dealing with the ideology, politics and personalities is not always fun or easy, but it is worth it.
Get excited for 2024! We have many great things already planned and will be planning more, so get READY!
