CHAPTER MEMBERS TESTIFYING AT THE TEXAS SENATE
We defend our parental rights at all levels of government, including at the state capitol! Our members, Dr. Mary Bone, Marcia Watson, Perla Hopkins, and Christie Slape testified in favor of the Texas Women's Privacy Act (SB 240) last week in the Senate Committee on State Affairs. This bill will protect women's and girls' private spaces, including bathrooms and locker rooms. Follow us on X to hear their public testimonies. Way to go, Moms!
PARENT PLEDGES
It's been an exciting week for Moms for Liberty! Our Texas Legislative Committee Co-Chairs, Christie Slape (Williamson County) and Tara Petsch (Gillespie County) met with Governor Abbott to discuss Parental Rights and education in Texas. The Governor was pleased to sign our Parent Pledge.

While testifying at the capitol, Senator Mayes Middleton, Senator Bryan Hughes and Representative Valoree Swanson signed our Parent Pledge!
