Title IX Lawsuit Update

 

Mom’s for Liberty continues to fight the Biden administration over the unconstitutional and unconscionable Title IX regulations that are set to take effect in your schools on August 1.  Arguments are set for next week for our request for an injunction to stop these regulations from going into effect while the issue is challenged in the courts.

 

You may have heard that the first injunction was issued stopping Title IX in Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, and Idaho. Suffice it to say this is a good thing. Although it does not apply outside of those states, it provides the precedent that will make it easier for a ruling in our favor.

Let’s Get Endorsement Certified

Election Season is here! It’s essential to be prepared to support good candidates.

Being proactive and getting certified now ensures that your chapter is ready.

 

Consider asking a member of your leadership team or an active chapter member in your chapter to get this endorsement certification. Only one person in your chapter needs to be certified.

 

Once your chapter has completed endorsement certification, get started with the candidate questionnaire and candidate interview. Then, you're ready to vote on endorsing once the candidates qualify.

 

Let's go have an amazing and organized campaign cycle!

Check the Summit website for hotel information. We have a room block with a discounted rate. We are aware that some of the room options are showing as SOLD OUT and we are working to expand the room block. Do not wait for your Scholarship to reserve your room. When scholarships are awarded, we can pull your room into our account so you won’t be charged. You can always cancel if need be.
