July National Chapter meeting was one for the books!

 

Kirk Cameron, actor-writer, father, husband and culture war fighter joined us to say Thank You, and to share what he’s doing with Brave Books and in children’s entertainment.

 

Along with Brave Books, Kirk is hosting “See You At The Library” on August 24 at locations across the country, including 260 libraries in 44 states.

Update: Pocket Constitutions for 8th Grade

Dear Amazing Moms for Liberty!

Constitution Day is coming up soon on 9/17, of course, and The 917 Society wanted

to thank you for participating in our program to honor and celebrate Constitution Day last year. Our volunteers nationwide were able to provide over 1 million pocket Constitutions to 8th graders in all 50 states. 

 

This year we are still taking orders until we run out of Constitutions. If you would like to participate this year please, visit our website to order. If you are ordering for your public, private or a homeschool 8th grade class, they are free to the schools.

 

To place your order, please fill out this form and Martha will contact you with the school, address and number of 8th graders in the school. You can also email her at [email protected]. Please check out the new Volunteer  section of the website for suggestions and tips for delivering to your schools. Please have orders in as soon as possible, as it is first come, first served. 

 

You can also find information about ordering Constitutions for community events and hosting a Constitution Day Celebration in your community. Let's cover our country in Constitutions and pass on our founding principles to the next generation. 

 

We will begin shipping the week of August 5-9 and appreciate all that Moms for Liberty does for our students and their parents. We are excited to partner again to honor and celebrate Constitution Day in our 8th grade classrooms across America.

Make Sure Your School is Protected

Please refer to the FAQ for all information concerning Title IX.  

 

The district court has essentially created an opt-in system, allowing Moms for Liberty to submit a list of schools that its member’s children attend and to update that list on a continued basis. The list will not identify members by name, it will only list the schools.

Current Moms for Liberty members need to go through their “member portal” and click the link that says “Edit Profile” to opt into a list of schools that can be protected from Title IX implementation. This link is connected to a NEW list of US public schools that members can use to select their child’s school. If not already a member of Moms for Liberty, follow the link titled “Join the Fight” to sign up as a member and then continue to the opt-in to list to select the child’s school.

Detailed instructions of how to opt-in can be found at momsforliberty.org/title9. If you do not see your US public school on the list in the member portal, please email Moms for Liberty at [email protected].

Hotel Rooms

Check the Summit website for hotel information. We have a room block with a discounted rate. We are aware that some of the room options are showing as SOLD OUT and we are working to expand the room block. Do not wait for your Scholarship to reserve your room. When scholarships are awarded, we can pull your room into our account so you won’t be charged. You can always cancel if need be.
