Joyful Warriors!

Never forget, your voice matters!

This month brings plenty of opportunities to get involved—join us at the school board meeting, lend a hand during Constitution Week, and be part of our annual business meeting.

In Liberty,

Becky

“We are forming a republican government. Real liberty is neither found in despotism or the extremes of democracy, but in moderate governments…. If we incline too much to democracy, we shall soon shoot into monarchy”

Alexander Hamilton

speech at the Constitutional Convention on June 26, 1787

Volunteers Needed

Can you help?

Understanding the founding documents of our country is important.  To encourage this, Moms for Liberty of Wake County partners with the 917 Society to ensure that 8th graders have a pocket constitution to enhance their studies on the US Constitution in their class. Last year, the Wake County School Board officially recognized this day with the Constitution Week Proclamation.

Over the next two weeks we will be delivering US Constitutions to 8th graders across Wake County.  We need 2 more volunteers. If you can help deliver to the schools, please email me at [email protected].

M4L Academy Campus Briefing – Be Involved and Engaged

Becky had the privilege of joining the M4L Academy panel last week to discuss the importance of parents getting involved and engaged in their children’s education.

Panelists shared real stories of tackling issues like concussion policy failures, curriculum concerns, and communication breakdowns, turning challenges into meaningful action. Whether you’re a stay-at-home parent, working full-time, or managing kids across multiple schools, this conversation offered practical strategies and encouragement to help you make a difference.

Bringing Back Training, Tools & Inspiration—With Your Help!

A few of us will be heading to the Moms for Liberty National Summit next month! This is incredible opportunity to learn, get inspired, and gather resources that we bring back to strengthen our work here in Wake County.

If you’d like to support this effort, we’d be so grateful for your help in covering travel costs. Every gift—big or small—makes a difference! Just include a note that your contribution is for “Summit Expenses.”

Together, we can make sure we come back equipped, energized, and ready to serve our schools and community even better.
