Ryan Helfenbein

 

Ryan Helfenbein is the Vice President of Communications & Public Engagement at Liberty University and the Founding Executive Director of the Standing for Freedom Center, where he hosts the Give Me Liberty podcast. A Christian cultural and political commentator, Ryan regularly speaks on issues at the intersection of faith, culture, and public life. He previously served as an advisor and public information officer for the 62nd Governor of Kentucky. Ryan earned his Master of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin. He and his wife, Lauren, have been married for more than 18 years and have four children.
