Monty Floyd is the Vice Chair for the Moms for Liberty Hernando County Chapter, but more importantly, a homeschool dad of his four children, a devoted husband and a lifelong Floridian. He’s a farmer, businessman, semi-pro hockey goalie and currently a Ph.D. candidate in theology.

Monty is bold and brings a rare blend of grit, faith, and firsthand experience to the fight for parental rights. Monty shares the truth: school boards are the front lines in this culture war and the neglect around them was never accidental; it was strategic. On one side is ideological activists who understand that schools are the most effective place to influence young, highly impressionable minds before parents ever realize what’s happening, and on the other side is a system controlling one of the largest sources of taxpayer funding at the local level.

Massive budgets plus minimal scrutiny is a recipe for waste, corruption, and policies that would never survive sunlight. Join us as he breaks down what happens when parents start asking questions and how families are finally reclaiming their rightful role in their children’s education.
