We have an URGENT action request.
Kansas vs. Dept. of Education is one of the major lawsuits challenging the Biden administration’s rewrite of Title IX which allows boys to compete in girls' sports. An injunction issued last week has halted the federal government from implementing the new regulations for affected parties in the lawsuit.
This is the THIRD injunction against the Biden administration’s Title IX interpretations, preventing the new regulations from taking effect in Kansas, Alaska, Utah, Wyoming, and SPECIFIC SCHOOLS in any other state.
