Carmel Clay Schools uses SAFETY REFERENDUM to pay for DEI

Have you heard? 

Carmel taxpayers voted to approve a School Safety Referendum. The Safety Referendum (according to the state) should be used to fund:

1. School Resource Officers (SRO)

2. Safety and Health initiatives for students

3. Safety training for teachers

But what does Carmel do in addition to the above? Hire a DEI Officer making well over $100,000 in salary and benefits per year. How many teachers make that much money?
