First Coast News interviews M4L-Duval Chapter Chair, Rebecca Nathanson regarding the school district's intent to survey thousands of children between the ages of 10 - 18, asking them personal questions about their sexual orientation, sexual history, sexual assault, and gender identity. M4L is urging the school district to (1) circulate the survey to all parents prior to administering to students, (2) require affirmative written consent (opt-in, rather than opt-out), and (3) strike all questions from survey that are of a sexual nature or related to gender identity.
