As previously noted, the Mirabelli v Bonita decision ended the secret transitioning of children in CA.  A March 2 SCOTUS ruling reversed the 9th Circuit Court stay and upheld this generational win for families but it must be enforced at local levels.  See this cease and desist letter from Courage is a Habit.

SCOTUS has upheld the Mirabelli v Bronta decision in CA blocking secret transition of minors.  What this means for WA and WSSDA Policy 3211, remains to be seen but this would certainly be a good topic for you to bring up at the next school board meeting!

The gender agenda is a "foreseeable consequence of an ideology that tells children their bodies are mistakes, that the adults who love them are obstacles, and that the state and its approved experts know better than the people who love them. "

Many of you have heard the virtue signaling nonsense spewed by celebrities about living on "stolen land."  Of course none of them offer to tear down their walls and give the land back!  But this isn't just absurd drivel - land acknowledgments are done at the beginning of many school board meetings and even in the classroom.  Imagine being a student and told you live on stolen land, seized via genocide and ethnic cleansing!

There is no doubt that our young people are suffering from mental and behavioral health disorders. But instead of addressing the root causes, the WA legislature is pushing bad bills, to get them counseling: HB 1634 and 2429.  Pacific Justice Institute  has a different approach - allow schools to display the Ten Commandments, providing students with a firm moral foundation.  See their victory in Louisiana.
