Today, the U.S. Dept. of Education formally opened an investigation against Washington's Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction, alleging OSPI is out of compliance with Title IX, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), and the Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment (PPRA).  See Reydahl's response here.

Trump is fulfilling his promise to women and girls in America. @PamBondi_AG stated, “The Department of Justice will not stand by when women are discriminated against in sports." @TheJusticeDept is taking Maine to court for its refusal to comply with Trump’s executive orders and for not providing Title IX protections to females.                Let's hope WA is next!

Burgess Owens has advanced out of the House Education and Workforce Committee.  It codifies President Trump's Executive Order that no school receiving federal funds under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act may use those funds to teach or promote radical gender ideology.  Contact your U.S. Representative and tell him to vote YES on HR 2617.
