Mission Statement:

We are dedicated to fighting for the survival of America by unifying, educating, and empowering parents to defend their parental rights at all levels of government.

The Moms for Liberty State Legislative Committee exists to protect parental rights, promote transparency in education, and advance policies that put families first. We research legislation, educate our members, and engage respectfully with lawmakers to ensure that parents remain the primary decision-makers in their children’s education and healthcare.

We are a volunteer-driven committee made up of chapter leaders, policy researchers, and grassroots advocates who believe in limited government, accountability, and the importance of local control.

FEBRUARY 5, 2026

Moms for Liberty Washington Legislative Day!

We had a wonderful day in Olympia!

We so appreciate all the time we were able to spend speaking with so many of our Representatives and Senators. We know how valuable their time is during the session.

We were so grateful for the opportunity to be introduced to the Republican Senate Caucus. Thank you for your service!

Several Law Makers signed the Moms for Liberty Parent Pledge!

Look for updates about that on this page soon.

Moms for Liberty Washington will continue to strive to become a trusted resource with our Law Makers on issues regarding parents rights and education.
