Chapter Meeting

We hope you'll join us for our September Chapter meeting where we'll give updates on local and national happenings. In addition, we are excited to welcome Dr. Ernie Zarra, who will speak to us regarding preparing parents and grandparents for the upcoming school year. 

If you wish to, a few of us are planning to gather at a local eatery near by after the meeting for a social gathering and breakfast. Any are welcome to attend. Futher information will be given at the meeting Saturday.

Annual Events

Join us as we celebrate our United States Military members in an event-filled, family-fun day. Free to military members!

If you are interested in volunteering at the Moms for Liberty Booth, click volunteer this event and we will contact you with details.

This one-day, outdoor event is set aside to thank and honor our Military Veterans who continue to sacrifice past their days of active service. Military members (Active Duty, Reservists/National Guard, Retired) and their families are invited to come, as well as the general public.

The Jensen family, of rural Jordan, is honored to host the event on their private farm.

Activities include:

  • Speakers from ETS and the DAV of MN
  • A flag-raising ceremony
  • Music
  • Hay-wagon rides
  • Close-up views of farm animals
  • Skilled demonstrations including shearing sheep, woodturning and milking a cow

Special highlights include a parachute jump by Navy Seals from the Patriot Parachute Team and a Service Flag award ceremony.

  • All proceeds benefit ETS services to support veterans and their families.
  • Veteran resource groups/organizations
  • Boot camp for the kids. NEW! this year, a jousting ring.
  • Local vendors
 

GOALS FOR THIS YEAR’S EVENT

  • Support the families of our troops and all Veterans
  • Present available resources for Veterans
  • Display and promote patriotism in our community
  • Increase public awareness of Every Third Saturday (ETS) and its mission
  • Thank the men and women who are or have served in our military
  • Be a place where Veterans can connect & foster relationships with others who served our country
  • Inform civilians how they can support our Military members

Moms for Liberty Wayne County NY is looking for volunteers to knit, crochet or purchase mittens, gloves, hats and scarves for the next school year 2023-2024. Many times kids do not have these items to help keep them warm in the colder temperatures. 

We are asking for volunteers to either make or buy these items to be donated to kids and families living in Wayne County NY.
