VIDEO: SCOTUS Press Conference with Ed Secretary, Linda McMahon

On June 3rd, we held a press conference on the steps of the Supreme Court with Education Secretary Linda McMahon to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Pierce v. Society of Sisters—a landmark decision that affirmed the fundamental rights of parents. We were also joined by Florida Senator Ashley Moody, Representative Mary Miller, Sarah Parshall Perry (VP of Legal Counsel for Defending Education), and Congresswoman Kat Cammack of Florida’s 3rd Congressional District.
