Dear Moms for Liberty Family,

Our dear friend was murdered yesterday. I can hardly bring myself to type these words. I should be filled with rage, but instead I feel an overwhelming sadness.

The work we are called to do at Moms for Liberty is the same work that Charlie Kirk and our friends at Turning Point USA have poured their lives into for more than a decade. We have always been united in this purpose and mission: to preserve America for future generations.

Many of you have reached out, expressing disbelief and how your hearts feel so broken right now. I understand why. We often say, #IamMomsForLiberty but today, we are Charlie Kirk, or at least striving to be like him.

Charlie was a courageous peacemaker.

At Moms for Liberty, we hold three values close to our hearts:

As Joyful Warriors

  • We Stand for Truth
  • We Build Relationships
  • We Empower Others

Charlie embodied these values every single day. He was killed for the very things we hold dear. When his voice was silenced in the most brutal, final way, a piece of all of us was taken too.

Tonight, we mourn. But tomorrow the sun will rise, and we will hold up the torch of Liberty to continue the work we have been called to do. The future of our children and our country depends on it.

Evil showed up to battle yesterday. But evil WILL NOT WIN this war. Put on your armor, moms! Stand with courage and love. Fasten your belt of truth and the breastplate of righteousness. These are the tools we will use to overcome it.

The days ahead will be hard. Please keep Erika, his wife, their beautiful children, our friends at Turning Point, and our country in your prayers.

With love and resolve,
Tina
